The dentist office is phenomenal. Fast check in, friendly staff, convenient location, gentle cleaning, informative follow-ups, and they take most insurance companies. If they gave stickers for adults to wear once we were done, I’d give six stars!

I want to share my experience with Dr. Adelina Petrova and her staff at Castle Dental Canyon Ridge in Austin, Texas. I had extensive dental surgery involving dental implants over the course of an entire year. I was very apprehensive about the required procedures and shared my concerns with Dr. Petrova. She reassured me that while some of it would be difficult and take some time to complete, when the treatment was finished, I would be happy with the results. She was absolutely right. I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received and the ultimate result of the implants I now have. Every time I went in for each of the necessary dental steps, Dr. Petrova and her staff put me at ease with their sense of humor and friendly dispositions. I knew they really cared about me and what I was going through. Looking back on each step, I realize now that I didn't experience any pain or discomfort when I was in the dentist's chair. Certainly there was some discomfort at home when the anaesthesia wore off, but it was pretty mild each time. Today I'm going back for some fillings that need to be replaced, circa 1972 or so. But I know I'll be in great hands with Dr. Petrova and her staff. I strongly recommend Dr. Petrova and her staff at Castle Dental Canyon Ridge in Austin, Texas. Best Regards, Daniel Casner

Always Pleasant!

I was so lucky to visit the facility at 500 Canyon Ridge Dr.! The receptionist managed to squeeze me in for a cleaning on the same day I called. I had an amazing experience with Selena—she’s a fantastic hygienist, great with sensitive teeth, and gave me so many helpful recommendations. Thank you!

Everyone was great, took good care of me. Procedure was fast and easy on my part. After the Procedure, I've been doing good as well.

I needed a broken & infected molar extracted. The Oral surgeon, D Beltran, was excellent, worked quickly and did a great job. I went with only a local anesthetic which he administered almost without pain, and the extraction was done without pain & scraped infection from the bone.

I was very impressed by the staff and the dentist worked with me letting me know every step that I needed to get done for my teeth I received everything I needed to try to get it done in a timely manner. I was really really happy with this establishment and their employees, keep up the good work you guys are awesome.

Castle provided exceptional care when my son had a dental emergency. They saw him right away, and the staff was both professional and compassionate. They quickly resolved the issue, and we are so grateful for their prompt and attentive service.

Dr. Petrova is amazing! She's kind, professional, compassionate, and overall just incredible. She filled all my cavities at once and was super quick. She then called me the next day to check in on how I was doing and was able to squeeze me into the schedule for a readjustment. I am never going to another dentist again!

The facility needs work. Sitting alone as a first time patient made me feel concerned about how things would be here. Walls need painting, cabinets need replacing, etc. I’m used to a stand alone location with all new and updated furniture and equipment. However, all of the staff and doctor were very friendly and seemed competent so far. And they were willing to add my new insurance to their list of insurances that they work with, despite never having taken it before.

I had my cleaning yesterday, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care and attention from my hygienist. They were incredibly gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The cleaning was thorough, and I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. It’s clear she really cares about her patients and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this hygienist for anyone looking for a gentle and professional cleaning experience!

From the entrance to the exit a pleasing experience. Very clean non cluttered waiting area. Receptionists were friendly and professional. Always used their inside voice which was calm and collective. The wait time was good. An overall good visit. The place to be seen for dental concerns. Brooklyn and Dr. Ferral rated a 5 on scale 1-5.

. Both the dentist herself as well as her financial person were clear, compassionate but straight forward with information about both my treatment plan and the cost to me going forward. It makes the best of an already tension filled experience.

P.S. a year later I am still pleased with care I receive at this dental practice.

Dr Patrova is.the best! The dental hygienist is very good also. She has a soft touch! I have always been very anxious and nervous when going to the dentist. The staff has made me feel very comfortable. I will continue going to this location.

Dr. Ferrer was delightful, very helpful and professional. Cathy was also helpful and prepared me for my discussion with the doctor. A very pleasant and informative experience overall.

Had 3 fillings done today (first time) and the staff was very professional and personable. They were thorough in explaining next steps as well as answering all the questions I had. Had a 9am appt and was out the door by noon with new chompers.

They were fantastic! I walked in and they took me in within 5 minutes. I had X-rays, cleaning, they put something on my teeth that prevents cavities…for awhile, and gave me a packet with a threader for easy use with floss. As I left, they were all smiling, and we scheduled my next appointment.
