I am so impressed with this staff! They got me in so fast! There had been a few years after Covid where this location really struggled, but the Dentist and staff have changed and it's sooo much better now! I also needed additional treatment after my check up and they were able to squeeze me in same day, since I would be traveling!
They were so knowledgeable about payment options, since I'm between jobs and using interim insurance. Btw they have an amazing insurance plan with Castle Dental. It was way better and cheaper than my interim insurance.

After a few bad years, they are BACK! I love the Dentist, her team and Staff! They made me feel so taken care of and heard. Dr. Jolecia Hardin is absolutely wonderful and such a delight. She is gentle and fast which I love. Thank you for taking care of me!

Dr. Hardin and all of the staff were wonderful. Dr. Hardin worked with me to meet my needs and go at my pace all while ensuring other patients were taken care of. Can't recommend the team enough.

My new favorite dentist! Easy to understand explanations about what's going on with my teeth and what they're doing. Patient comfort is clearly a priority; they check on you often and go the extra mile to take care of any imperfections that could cause discomfort. They aren't afraid to redo if necessary. These folks make me smile!

First and foremost, thanks to the staff for such great service, I was in for a cleaning. Ended up getting 2 fillings by Dr. Jolecia H. She did phenomenal job, she knew what she was doing, I didn’t feel much of the work done. The staff there are super helpful and friendly. Elisa was great with the X-Rays. As well as the Dr that did the cleaning. Great location.

I felt that everyone at the office was great. I was scheduled for an exam which Dr Hardin conducted. She found one small cavity. They were able to work me in for the filling and back the same day for cleaning. The hygienist was great but I forgot her name.

Best dental cleaning that my son and have in very long time

I love Dr. Samosa. I had an appt. I thought a new crown was loose (I have a wild dog that pulled me into a ravine and I hit pretty hard). Dr. Samosa was busy but made time.
My crown was not loose. It had broken horizontal under the gum line making it a little bit of complicated pull 👀. Some dentist never see such a break in their careers it’s such an oddity.
again, he made time.. he got my top part of molar off and out and 3-4 root tips extracted swiftly and in whole pieces. Very impressive!

I have gone to this office for years now. I have always had a great experience.

It might be hard to snag a cleaning but all of AUstin that can be tricky.. overall it’s worth it for the hygienist on team, the Ortho that comes to office 1 time a wk. and the dental team.

What an amazing experience from the front staff, back staff, and doctor. I have never been to a dentist appointment that treated me so well throughout the entire experience. No one likes going to the dentist but this office makes me look forward to coming back. They took really great care of me and truly appreciate everything they did.

My son had to have an emergency extraction. They got us in quickly and took care of things with friendly efficiency. Highly recommend!

Great experience. My previous dentist had retired, and I dreaded finding another so much that it took me 4 years to make myself do it. So glad I found Castle in SW Austin. Danielle and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The dentist and hygienist were both great. Despite 3 cavities and years of buildup, cleaning and filling work was pretty much painless. Kudos to everyone! See you in 6 months!

Ms. Srishti is THE BEST !!! She helped in when my insurance didn't help me at all. The lady needs a raise

Great service, friendly staff. Literally 1/2 the price of my old dental clinic. I’ve seen the endodontist initially, but will be switching over for all my dental needs. Highly recommend

I’ve been using this location for several years now. I am on Medicare and my only criticism is that openings for Medicare patients are so few. The staff has always been friendly and professional. I haven’t needed any major dental work done, only cleanings, but I would recommend them for people needing those services.

Had to switch to Castle because my insurance changed. Was super nervous but was greeted by warm and friendly reception staff and a phenomenal dentist! Dr. Hardin was very thorough and personable. Really hope she stays at this location.

Been avoiding the dentist for years, so it was time to get a check up and cleaning. Picked Castle simply cuz they take my insurance. I am very happy I chose them. Nothing but a friendly and professional environment. Explained everything, including payment prior to services. Won’t go anywhere else, for either dental or orthodontic needs.

Office staff was very accomodating to my daughters college schedule and appointments. Great service.

I had an infection issue with a root canal in the fall and the team at Slaughter/mopac location has been very proactive with followup treatment.

Dr Harden is a new dentist at Castle and she is so friendly and kind. One of the best dentist experiences I’ve had in years!

I went in for my first visit to a dentist’s office in over a year and it was a great experience! Right when I walked in, the staff at the front were really nice and informative. The hygienist, Kayla, was very personable and checked on me during X-rays. She remembered and relayed my concerns to Dr. Somoza. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Somoza. He was very thorough, took his time, and was willing to answer any questions I had. Such a good experience for someone who does not like gong to the dentist. Thank you!

I came in and was immediately greeted by friendly staff members. Madison went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable and I was impressed with the professional service received by her and Dentist Somoza. I received same day treatment care and the details and personable time they spent with me was astonishing and I can’t thank them enough. Great dental hygienist. Scheduling a dental hygienist appointment is an issue. You may not get 2 appointments a year.
