Dentists in Goodlettsville, TN

I absolutely loved my dentist here, they are very wonderful, but I only gave 4 stars because it is incredibly clear that there is at least one person that works there that doesn't jive with the rest of the wonderful staff and is ruining the atmosphere. I don't know who it is, but it would be best to get that resolved for the patients.

The dentist had to get up in the middle of my cavity because the chair space wasn't properly stocked, and from what I overheard, it happened to the patient next to me too. Technicians were very short with eachother, not paying attention to what was needed at the time so they would start to make bad decisions before the dentist had to step in and stop them. It was quite awkward and unprofessional.

Everything was handled very professionally and politely when they were talking to me directly, but when they were talking to each other, it was quite clear there was a problem and that nobody liked them. No one wants to come to the dentist and hear the people who are about to put sharp things in their mouth talk about how annoyed they already are.

Im not very good with words and I've never done a review before, but castle dental in rivergate is the best.the dentist made sure I was comfortable and wanted me to get the best care and Kendall was very nice,I had a situation and he got on the phone and worked his magic lol.i truly appreciate them and all they did.ill tell anyone looking to go to a dentist to don't hesitate go straight to castle dental in rivergate

Very helpful with the way I wanted to proceed with my treatment plan. Everyone in the Madison office was awesome. I had used Aspen dental before this and there is no comparison. Castle Dental thank you a 1000 times..

1 hr & 15 min wait upon arrival. Seemed they were behind. Dentist was great as well as the office manager.

The dental hygienist, the dentist, and other employees at Castle and Dental are very professional and polite. It was easy to book an appointment, and I was fully informed about my dental needs.

This is a very professional establishment!! The staff are very friendly and the process and and overall customer service is excellent! I have been to the Hendersonville and Goodlettsville locations. The Hendersonville location was recently closed due to building damage and the staff is now working out of Goodlettsville. Can't say enough great things about them. From general to ortho!

I have been a patient of Castle Dental for a long time as this is my second round of braces (wear your retainer). Dr Robbi is great. The staff is great at all of the locations i have been to Goodlettsville, Rivergate and White Bridge Rd. Highly recommend

Dr. Rabi, the 🦷 orthodontist , and his staff from front desk to the back staff are wonderful. They’re very efficient, detailed oriented and experienced which leads to quick appointment times. Highly recommend if you or your family need orthodontics. Dr. Singla, the general dentist, is absolutely amazing. He takes his time with each patient to make sure they are comfortable and he’s very detail oriented to make sure the treatment you receive lasts for a lifetime. He’s also wonderful to all of his staff. From front office to the back, this office is great. 👍🏽

Best dental experience and I’ve had plenty of bad ones. Dr. Singla has a great bedside manner, is extremely skilled, and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

Getting fillings replaced is not my favorite thing to do, but it smoothly.

By far the best experiences from a Dental office I've ever had. We've been coming here for about 8 months. They treat you with respect and honesty. The pricing is fair and they care about you as a person. I highly recommend the staff at the Goodlettsville office.
