Amazing place. I filled out paperwork, sat for 5-6 min and I was in the back. Staff here were all super nice. The prices are pretty good but the service was 5 star.

Awesome experience! It’s so hard to find a good, honest dentist. Before visiting castle, I tried to go to Lovette. The dentist there said I had gingivitis and wanted to charge me over $250 for a cleaning, even though I said I want my standard free 6 mo one. They also claimed I had 2 cavities (all lies). So I went to try Castle instead, not telling them anything about this experience only a few days earlier. The dentist at Castle said my teeth looked great, had a normal amount of plaque buildup, and no cavities! I got my free 6 month cleaning and was on my way. Everyone was very nice and it was an enjoyable trip to the dentist! So glad I finally found a provider who doesn’t try to rip you off! Really recommend them!

Extremely happy with how nice and supportive this office is secretary was very helpful with my insurance and very attentive to my needs. My dentist was very knowledgeable about my situation and very helpful in getting me the answers to all.

I’ve been to 4 different dentists in Houston to try and find a good one, and I finally have. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind and attentive. I had a multi-step appointment and I was out within 2 hours. Everyone from the front desk to the tech to the hygienist and the orthodontist were kind, patient, and explained my treatment plan in a way that I could understand it. I am over the moon happy to find a good dentist and orthodontist here, and very relieved. Thank you!!! 💜🦷

I recently took my grandmother to see Dr matson he was very great with her and nice including the dental assistants Melinda/Miracle the treatment cordnator Priscilla was very helpful on helping her out with NP forms and explaining what treatment she needs getting done and pricing since she doesn’t speck English

Not that long ago I went here  I really liked the dental assistant Miracle she was very nice and did my x-rays Dr matson was really good and very communicative about what treatment I needed to get done and what he recommended

Walked in this afternoon with a terrible toothache in a wisdom tooth. Staff was super friendly at front desk. Paperwork was minimal. They took x-rays within the hour that revealed a major cavity! Doc came in and said "you need an extraction". I have had extractions that did not go well 20 years ago. This was the most pain free extraction I have ever experienced. Bad tooth was out in 3 minutes. I was in and out 2.5 hours. Very impressed!

They were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure and addressing all my concerns. I went for check up best front staff Priscilla was a lot of help with paper work but I loved the dental assistant miracle she was very nice including Dr Dao

In person experience is good. It's very challenging to reach the office by phone and when you do, the person who answers, leave you on hold for long periods of time. Also, when I leave a message, my phone call is usually not returned. This is for the Shepherd and FM 2920 location.
