What an amazing dental office. I broke my front tooth yesterday. I panicked all night long because I was worried I wouldn't get an appointment until several weeks later. They worked me in ASAP The wonderful lady at the front counter with a beautiful short black hair was a godsend to me. Dr. Auric was so kind and gentle with me. I wish I could give this practice 10 stars.. Thank you so much for helping me.

Running behind schedule the day of my appointment, however, the service was exceptional. Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. The dental assistants were very nice. The place is clean. And most importantly, the doctor made me very comfortable. He was knowledgeable and allowed me to tap out if I needed to during my procedure. I appreciate him for that as everyone is not as patient.

Jazmyn did a great job cleaning my teeth. She is very gentle and kind hearted.

Mt. Juliet team is AH - MAZING ! They are hard working and took good care of me from when I walked through the front door til I left. Ms. Heather Kristen, Yennifer, and Dr. Ferdowsi take pride in what they do and it shows.

I’m a patient who has “special needs” because of my lack of oral care 10 years ago. Every time I visit this office the staff here are so pleasant and patient with explaining everything. I usually like a estimate so I’m fully prepared at the time of the visit. Their visit was more expensive than my previous visits. Heather was able to fully explain the treatment and why I needed them as well as a throughout cost break down. They recommended the best care for my needs. Then when they realized that I didn’t need certain services they were able to reduce my cost by removing them, as well as mapped out a full treatment plan for the future. Dr B and his Assistant Yennifer were so understanding , patience and so gentle with my care . I was a little nervous and they comforted me. Even he numbing was painless and so was my my procedure. Castle Dentle brightened my day and my smile! 🤎

Castle Dental in Providence Marketplace is one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in my life. From the initial greeting from Shelby at the front desk to the dental hygienist taking my x-rays & the dentist performing my exam everything was PERFECT.

Everyone was so pleasant, compassionate & knowledgeable. My first cleaning was performed by Lanier, Hygienist! She was so sweet. She handled my cleaning with ease, care and it was pain- free🙌🏾. She explained what she was using and why. I would give this office 100 ⭐️ but 5 is the highest rating. I’ll be recommending this office to anyone who asks about my beautiful smile. I grew up in the 70s and 80s. Dentistry has changed a lot in the last 50 years. When I was a little girl going to the dentist was scary and the offices and equipment were creepy. It was just a different time in dentistry.
Then dentistry started to evolve.
I had some of the best dental work I’ve ever had in my life in the 80s and 90s. It seemed like dentistry was really shifting and dentists took pride in their work almost like artisans. New innovations and new technologies were emerging. It was easy to find a good dentist.
Then came the 2000s. I couldn’t find a good dentist anywhere. It seemed like they just stopped caring about their patients and were more concerned about boutique dentistry, and turning it out.. Nobody really cared about being an artisan anymore. I just stopped going unless it was absolutely necessary. Then recently I broke a tooth and found Dr Ferdowsi.. He’s young he’s talented. He truly cares, but he also cares about the quality of his work. Like an artisan. We are lucky that we found him. He gave me a gorgeous bridge. It looks fantastic. Like… really really good. I’m getting to that age where I know that one day I’m gonna have to think about what’s next with my teeth. And I am absolutely not going to have dentures! But I was terrified that it was going to be too expensive. Dr Ferdowsi and I have a plan and it’s not going to break the bank! It’s going to look awesome. I can’t wait to get started.
His staff is top notch and you can tell that they respect him and want to be there. In my opinion that says a lot about him as a person.

I had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, making my first visit feel welcoming. From check-in to the X-rays and cleaning, everything was smooth and speedy.

Dental Hygienist was nice and professional and did a throughout job with teeth cleaning. Dentist could be more professional with his words and care of treatment when speaking to patients.

Very sweet down to earth and best of all saved me about $250 dollars 🥰🥰 Also dr George was so funny and did awesome work and made me an affordable treatment plan for my future visits as well !!!
