The front desk ladies were very patient, polite, and helpful. The front lounge was clean and comfortable. I loved Dr. puri and her assistant. They were very gentle when they did my root canal. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Everyone in the office was amazing. It took me a little longer to get the surgery but that was due to getting info from another location. Once everything was sent over I went back and the nurse and oral surgeon was amazing, kind, and caring. Highly recommend Dr. Sanders.

The place has warm and friendly staff, who are willing to assist you, give you detailed information and answer your questions patiently. The dentist was very thorough too.

Everyone in this clinic was amazing on my visit. Extremely professional and compassionate. When I called to make my appt I needed to get in same day to repair my broken front tooth. Makyan immediately reassured me not to worry I would be seen today and I will be happy at the end of my visit.. Her compassion and patience with me was amazing. Hanan in the back had the same compassion and professionalism. Dr. Powell she is absolutely amazing. She explained my options and gave her recommendations, Her understanding, compassion and reassurance to me was phenomenal. This clinic is amazing…. Everyone exemplified the highest standard of professionalism and compassion. I arrived the clinic in tears and left smiling. Thank you!!

I was sent to Castle in Sugar Land for an evaluation. I was very impressed with everyone there. They were very cordial. The dentist was very informative. I would highly recommend them.

Dr.Vanessa Powell at Castle Dental center in Sugarland made my dental experience seem much less stressful than I had anticipated.More then anything,she took the time to explain everything to me.I also appreciated the fact that when she numbed my mouth,she didn't have to keep injecting me again.my procedure was pain-free.I would highly recommend her to everyone. because she is kind, knowledgeable and skillful in the latest technology.The office staff was friendly and helpful.Thanks and I will be returning for all my dental care.

The front desk staff was polite, efficient and compassionate. The X-Ray Tech was polite, knowledgeable and professional.
I saw Dr. Powell, and she is absolutely wonderful. She's compassionate, patient and very understanding as well as knowledgeable. I finally found my dentist/orthodontist. It only took 5 years and a lot of unnecessary bills that had to be paid out of my pocket.

Dr.Powell was amazing made me laugh and calmed my nerves down the whole visit.

I was extremely nervous, which was evident by my elevated blood pressure but the hygienist and Dr Sanders talked me through what to expect and after care as well as provided a calm environment with music, oxygen and casual conversation to calm my nerves. 20 minutes later my blood pressure was within acceptable range. The out of pocket cost was reasonable and discussed before the procedure. Dr Sanders started my IV with perfection and I’m thankful I don’t remember much after that nor did I feel discomfort during my 4 wisdom teeth extraction. I was discharged in a safe manner with instructions and medication. Great experience for someone who has NEVER had any type of procedure in life. So far so good recovery. I recommend Dr Sanders and her team.

I went to Castle in Sugar Land again today. Once again they made me smile. I was greeted by Rose and she walked me through every thing patiently, the experience was awesome. Crystal did my Xrays....Motty cleaned my teeth. DR POWELL, did the exam and fillings.... she really turned a hurting situation in my mouth to a happy smile.... The best visit ever ... Dr Powell is patient, kind, and professional. The staff was super cool and got me in and out of there in a breeze. I love and would recommend this Castle to all my family and friends. Thanks Castle!!!

Great to get dental treatments @ sugar land Castle Dental. I should give them 5 stars, but they need to update their rest rooms, because it was very dirty and no toilet paper or towel paper.

They scheduled me in very quickly. Staffs were very friendly. However, they prescribed me with a bottle of chlorhexidine mouth rinse that costs $48. I found out if they sent the prescription to the pharmacy, it would cost me only 1/4 of that price. Also, in my treatment, they included a "gingival irrigation" which was just using the chlorhexidine to rinse along the gum. I can do it myself instead of paying them $63 for that. I think it was dishonest and unfair price. I will not go back to them.

I was please to see the new faces and previous facing that were working there on my last visit. Everyone was so bubbly and inviting. The present team works well together and I was so glad Mady was there to clean my teeth.. Keep up the good work. See you in 4 months.

Second time around, my experience was much better. The guy I mentioned before improved greatly. Good job!

My first time at Castle Dental, everybody was nice and kind and polite, the doctor and her assistants we're very gentle, I'm not a needle man, but this was very comfortable.
