Absolutely the Best Dental Experience!
I can't recommend Dr. Hardik Shah and the entire team at Castle Dental enough! I've honestly never had such a positive experience at a dentist's office before, and I genuinely believe they are the best around.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming, not like the sterile, intimidating vibe you sometimes get. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient – I barely had any wait time for my appointment.

During my check-up and cleaning, the hygienist was so gentle yet thorough. They used some really modern equipment I hadn't seen before, which made the process feel quick and comfortable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and showed me areas to focus on with my home care, without making me feel lectured.

Dr. Shah has such a fantastic chairside manner – calm, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. I needed a filling, which I usually dread, but it was genuinely painless. Dr. Shah explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and constantly checked if I was comfortable. The technology they used seemed top-notch, making the whole process smooth and efficient.

What really sets them apart is the feeling that they truly care about their patients' comfort and long-term health. They aren't just treating teeth; they're treating people. If you've had dental anxiety in the past or are just looking for a highly skilled, compassionate, and modern dental practice, look no further. This is the place!

Dr Shaw and office was splendid, although I asked person at desk to please extend my drs excuse extra day I even told her I didn’t want to get absent w/o leave she didn’t say I can’t do that I didn’t check till I was at home and she didn’t do it poor communication.

The dental hygienist was extremely efficient and attentive to my oral well being. Very thorough and attentive cleaning.

The dentists and receptionists were very professional. My crown only took an hour to do.

Waiting more than 20 minutes was worth the wait. The gentle care of my teeth cleaning was a relaxing experience, thanks. B

My experience was excellent everyone were extremely certious and very good at their jobs. I had the best experiences with the Dr that I have ever had and I have had alot of dental work done somewhere else. So overall it was GREAT!!!!

My service was great! Staff was professional, courteous, and explained the procedures and upcoming treatments.

The staff at Castle Dental was great. I had a Dental emergency and was able to be seen the same day. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist was amazing, she completed the procedure quickly and efficiently, and I have had hardly any discomfort. Will recommend to everyone.

Castle Dental was an office transfer. They accepted my HMO plan and did great service in exams and cleaning. The dentist was very nice.

I was unexpectedly surprised and happy to know that my recent visit to this particular CD was both outstanding and showed great care. Dr Peterson was amazing and took her time to explain everything and showed both compassion and kindness. Ms Nichelle who took my X-rays and assisted was equally as fabulous and joyful. I did not expect my Saturday morning to go as smooth as it did. I highly recommend this location and these lovely ladies.

I had a cleaning recently and it was amazing. Martha was at the front desk and she has the most pleasant personality even in the early morning. The office is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. Emily was my dental hygienist and it was the best cleaning I have ever had. I want the managers at Castle Dental to know they have some real superstars on their team who need to be recognized. Thanks Martha and Emily. My teeth look amazing. See you in 6 months.

Front desk staff was busy but still professional courteous while able to handle the volume of calls and patients in lobby.

I must say that I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. But I made myself go to an appt at Castle Dental in Sunset Valley, Austin, Texas. The minute I walk in they made me feel welcomed and at ease. I felt comfort and relaxed and they did a temporary crown and saved my tooth so, I didn't have to get a root. I felt no pain a was upon and out of there with a new feeling about the dentist and I'm looking forward to my next one. I would hghly recommend them!!

Today, I had a great experience with the new dentist at this location. Dr. Mary Cacho-Mohr took time to thoroughly deep clean my teeth. She was kind & professional. I am hopeful that Dr. Cacho-Mohr will remain at this location.
